Prof. Jie Cui

Jie Cui received his Ph.D. degree in Information Security from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2012. He is currently the Party Secretary of the School of Computer Science and Technology at Anhui University. He is a recipient of the Anhui Provincial Distinguished Young Scholars Program and its extended funding, the leader of an Anhui Provincial Scientific Research Innovation Team, and the head of an Outstanding Graduate Supervisor Team in Anhui Province. He has been selected as a reserve candidate for the Anhui Provincial Academic and Technical Leader Program. He serves as a council member of the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research and is a Senior Member of IEEE. He is also the Deputy Director of the Anhui Provincial Engineering Laboratory for Internet of Things Security Technology and the Vice Chair of the ACM Hefei Chapter. In addition, he serves on the editorial boards of several international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (IEEE TDSC) and IET Communications. He has also served as General Chair or Technical Program Committee member for more than ten international conferences, including IEEE IWQoS 2025, IEEE IWQoS 2024, and IEEE DependSys 2025.

Prof. Lei Ju

Lei Ju received his Bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees from the National University of Singapore in 2005 and 2010, respectively. He is currently serving as the Vice Dean of the School of Cyber Science and Technology at Shandong University, the Director of the Shandong University-Ant Group Joint Research Center for Privacy Computing, and the Head of the Center for Cryptography Fundamentals and Applications at the Quancheng Laboratory. His research focuses on the hardware-software co-design of data security and privacy protection algorithms and applications. He has published over 50 papers in prestigious international conferences and journals, including HPCA, ASPLOS, MICRO, DAC, and CCS. He is also the lead editor of the textbook "Introduction to Cryptography-based Privacy-Enhancing Technologies".

Prof. Junbin Fang

Professor Junbin Fang’s main research interests include artificial intelligence security, data security, and optical wireless communications. In recent years, he has presided over 5 national-level research projects and 11 provincial/ministerial-level projects. He has published more than 100 academic papers and been granted 24 invention patents. He has been selected for national-level talent programs, the Guangdong Provincial Leading Talent Program, and the 2025 World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University. The courses he teaches have been recognized as National First-Class Undergraduate Courses.

Prof. Mang Ye

Mang Ye is a professor and director of the intelligent science department at Wuhan University's School of Computer Science. He was selected into the National Overseas High-level Youth Talent Program in 2021 and is also a highly cited scientist according to Clarivate. His research areas include multimodal computing and medical artificial intelligence. He has published over 100 papers as the first or corresponding author in CCF-A class journals, with his Google Scholar citations totaling more than 15,000, and a single paper having been cited over 2,500 times. He serves as a board member for IEEE TIP and IEEE TIFS, which are CCF-A class journals, and has held roles like area chair at major conferences such as CVPR, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, and AAAI. Additionally, he has led over 10 research projects, including the NSFC-HK RGC Joint Fund. He has been consecutively ranked on the Stanford "Top 2% Global Scientists" list and has received honors like Baidu's AI Chinese Young Scholars award.
